By participating in our 5-for-1 Plastic Buyback Offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligible Products: Only empty Muscleape product packs are accepted. Packaging must be original and undamaged (not torn into pieces).

  2. Quantity Requirement: Customers must return five (5) empty packs of any Muscleape product to qualify for one (1) free product of their choice.

  3. Product Selection: The free product can be chosen from our eligible product list, subject to availability. Premium or special edition products may be excluded.

  4. Return Process: Customers must ship or drop off their empty packs at our designated collection points. Shipping costs (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.

  5. Verification & Approval: Our team will verify the returned packs. Only authentic and qualifying packs will be accepted. Counterfeit or non-Muscleape packaging will be rejected.

  6. Offer Redemption: Once approved, customers will receive a unique voucher or discount code to claim their free product. The code is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  7. Limited Participation: Each customer can redeem this offer only once per month.
